Local Pickup Policy
Free local pickup is available by appointment in the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida area.
How pickup works
Choose Local Pickup at checkout. After your payment is confirmed, we email you a "Ready for Pickup" message and arrange a convenient time. The exact pickup location is shared privately once your appointment is set.
How long we hold items
Paid pickup orders are held for 7 calendar days after the "Ready for Pickup" notification. We send friendly reminders around day 3 and day 6.
If an item isn't collected
If the order isn't collected or an extension arranged by the end of day 7, we cancel the order, refund you in full, and return the item to inventory. We never keep both the item and your payment. Need more time? Just ask and we'll extend your deadline.
What to bring
Please have your order number and confirmation email ready at pickup.
